The BRP-CR is a model guide which can be adapted to the unique context in the country or setting in which it is used.

The resource includes a training package which supports blended learning, using both online and face to face learning materials. It includes the following:

• A screening process for rehabilitation needs and signposting to the appropriate rehabilitation pathway(s).
• Eight (8) Rehabilitation Pathways with prioritized, evidence -based interventions within each pathway. There is a colour code for each of the eight rehabilitation pathways which are linked to care modules.
• Care Modules organized by functioning domains outlining the provision of rehabilitation care.
